Dear Kristen, Dottie, Doug,Bethany and Amy,
Please receive my love and prayers at a most difficult time. So many cherished memories. I remember the day you moved in. My Mom watched Amy and Bethany! That was the beginning of a special friendship between two beautiful Moms. How many years they shared daily and sounded off about “us “etc! She let me run in and out of your home and always welcomed me to the fray. I see her at the stove, in her reading room with a good book and standing over Peter after his big fall! Many more memories. Halloween and dressing up in old tuxedos as men to surprise their friends! They shared a laugh so easily. I admired your Mom’s bright intellect, she engaged us with a twinkle in her eye and a tease and you knew that she really cared .
We are all old enough to know that life has its choices and limits, that none of us can predict or judge. Our Moms took those knocks, those ups and downs, with grace and a a deep faith in God. I know that am a better person, because of your Mom. Thank you Kay.
Love,
Lisa

Please accept my sincere sympathy on the loss of your Mom. She was such a kind and thoughtful neighbor, but more than that she was a treasured friend to my Mom. There was rarely a day that there was not a phone conversation between the two during those Orrington years. How she missed her when your parents moved. And then there were letters and notes ,special poems that your Mom shared. It is very hard to lose them, but your parents are always with you. With fond memories of your Mom Suzanne
