Obituary of Cevonte D. Johnson
Milo – Cevonte D. Johnson, 24, passed away unexpectedly December 29, 2019, in Milo. He was born February 1, 1995, in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, the son of Shemekia (Fields) Robshaw and Cedric B. Johnson. Cevonte was a Penquis Valley High School graduate, Class of 2014. He attended Eastern Maine Community College to study Business and while there played soccer. Cevonte loved all sports; he loved playing watching sports, playing sports, and lifting weights. He will be forever remembered for his happy-go-lucky attitude, for his loving support and advice, and for his joking ways of always having something to say. Cevonte often met you with smile and a hug. He had a passion for poetry and music. A God –fearing man, Cevonte prayed and talked about God often.
Cevonte is survived by his parents, Shemekia Robshaw and her husband, Ronald, and Cedric Johnson; three sisters, Kala, Tamron, and Cymeria Robshaw; four brothers, Alvin, William, Ronald Robshaw Jr. and Christopher McThay Jr.; and several extended family members.
A funeral service will be held 2PM Saturday, January 25, 2020, at the Lagrange Full Gospel Assembly Church, with Rev. Tracey Holler officiating. Spring burial will be in the Evergreen Cemetery, Milo.
