Dear Ruby and girls (?), I am so sorry to hear about Ed's passing. My wife just informed me of the sad news. When I worked with Dr Forbes and Dr Clark, I came to especially like Ed. He was the only dental rep. that I ever came to trust and respect, and considered a friend and neighbor. His professional expertise and knowledge of the products that he offered, was unsurpassed, and put me at ease whenever he came by the office. Educating us was another strong point of his. He's the only rep, in my dental career, that didn't come on like a used car salesman.
On a personal level, I enjoyed being able to converse with him about any subject. He was always interesting, regardless of what topic we discussed. His (sometimes corny) humour, and good natured ribbing, always provided amusement for the moment! Although I haven't seen him much since my retirement, I will certainly feel his absence when I think of him. I have been praying that you will feel God's warm and loving embrace, and find comfort in Him during this painful and cruel loss.
