I'm just learning of Shawn's passing today. As one of his high school teachers, I have many memories of him. Although sometimes quick to anger, Shawn was also quick to smile. I'm so very glad I had the opportunity to have known him. And, Jacqueline, I'm holding you close at heart; I know how you loved him.❤

Shawn,
Where do I begin?! We've been through a lot darlin, from rock bottom to working our way back up to the top. We had so many late night phone calls talking about life, recovery, and how hard yet rewarding it is!! You always talked about Quincy and how although you knew you wasn't always there like you should have been, you'll spend every single day trying to make up for the lost time. Your potential was unlike any other person. We both had great plans. Yours were cut off way too soon. Now I plan to spend every day being the "very best Katie" I can be. I Love you Shawn, you were the best friend I could have ever asked for and I am SO blessed and thankful for that. Until we meet again my friend, I will miss and love you always. Love, Katie
