I just learned of Barbara’s passing. She was such a joy to know and helped me through our university intro math & science glasses with her kindness and laughter. I remember so vividly an essay she wrote about her beloved horse Tim Towne. I have missed her since moving from Milo all those years ago. I’m truly saddened and consider her one of the most lovely, positive people I’ve ever met. Rest peacefully.

I graduated from high school with Barbara and what a character she was. We all chummed around together and had a lot of fun...some things we won’t mention! We will miss her, but she will never be forgotten. RIP Barbara.

Tony and Family, I was so very sorry to learn that Barbara had passed. I met and worked with Barbara when the Dexter Shoe factory in Milo closed. I was part of the team helping those workers receive assistance via training or job search, and Barbara was hired as a "peer support" worker to help us in that endeavor. She was extremely capable and a pleasure to work with. We bonded over our love of horses, goats and other animals.
Rest in Peace Barbara. You will be remembered and missed!
