Fran, there's not a day that goes by that I don't think of you. I hear your voice and see your smile. I will miss the comfort you gave me with just knowing when I needed you, if possible, you would be there. I will miss our conversations about the Patriots and life in general. He was a son, a brother, an uncle, and a friend to many. He's been a big part of my childhood growing up. He'd always be there having fun and everyone enjoyed his company. He was always that uncle to me that would tease, crack jokes, and was always around family. He may not be one to say it but he cared immensely about his family. And from the amount of support I've seen, he's touched the lives of a lot of people. His memory will live on in the rest of us. He will always be loved and missed. I love you Uncle Franny. Things won't be the same without you.

My deepest sympathy to Frank's family. Hard to believe he is no longer with us. He was quite a character. Never a dull moment when he was around. His wise comments and jokes will never be forgotten. He is now in heaven riding free with the wind beneath his wings. I will continue to keep you all in my thoughts and prayers during this time. It was an honor to know Frank as a fellow legionnaire. Francis my old friend.

My sympathies to all the family.... Frank was a no nonsense , shoot from the hip kind of man. We have been friends for I really don't know how many years. We've ridden a lot of miles, done a lot together . He's helped a lot of people (including myself ) Its hard to put into words all that is Frank . I will miss him greatly as a friend an as a brother....

Franny has been a member of my family for many years. He was a friend, always there to help. He once flew to Nebraska to help me drive to Maine. He was always there for my mom and dad, Barbara and Lester Boyce. I am going to miss my friend.
