Growing up, the Foss family lived up the road from us. They were relatives as well. Through the years, my mother, Marilyn Cameron, always spoke of Charlie as her special cousin. Mom and my step-father, Pat Cameron, shared many years in the Legion together with Charlie. Parades, suppers, community events and whatever was at hand to be involved with. Charlie was such a patriotic man, always ready to represent his country and his community through many endeavors.
He had a good humor about him. His contribution to the community will be missed, as well as his wonderful smile.
