It's been nearly a month my friend sense you left us Jim and although there is an emptiness in my heart I am filled with wonderful memories of a great friend. You're will be known as a wonderful father and giving member of our society. You will be with me in more ways than you could ever have imagined. I miss our discussions about guns, ammo, religion and politics. I've told many a "Jim Parkman" story about your loyalty and our fearless friendship. I will never forget all of the troubles we solved in those 45 minute phone calls and all the fun we ever had through the years. Your laughter will live on in all those who knew you. Safe Travels my Brother, I will see you on the other side, save me a seat in the canoe.

Parkman as Calvin has always called you. You had a great sense of humor and a huge heart. We haven't seen you in years but have always held your friendship and best wishes close to heart. I had the pleasure of working with Jim he was great friend to me he helped me so much and his sarcasm was his way of saying he cared Jim would lay it out the way. Although I did not know him, I have been a long time friend of his sister, Sheila. I have to believe that he was a good person and that because he cared about being in the outdoors, that he cared about wildlife and nature. With that said, I am sorry that another light has gone out on this earth but need to believe that those he interacted with will make a difference for nature and the "critters". May he rest in peace!
