I recall sitting by her watching field hockey and she shared how different girls sports were then compared to her youth. It was a hot fall day and she told me the coaches use to give the players (I think it was- my poor memory, not hers!) a water tablet. It contained salt to keep the team hydrated. She always had the best stories and I always enjoyed a chat with her.
I know she will be greatly missed by her family and friends, but she sure lived a life worth living. Love and prayers to family and friends. ❤️
