Greenville - Lloyd P. McPherson, 80, passed away peacefully June 2, 2021, at Northern Light Charles A. Dean Memorial Hospital, Greenville. He was born January 6, 1941, in St. Francis, the youngest child of 12 to Albert and Margaret (Jandreau) McPherson. Lloyd enjoyed a career for Dead River as a log scaler. He also worked for Lane Construction and Fulgram Fiber.
Lloyd is survived by his loving wife of 54 years, Joyce (Graham) McPherson; son, Todd Hanson; brother, Ewan McPherson; two sisters, Phyllis McPherson Jandreau and her husband, Roy, and Jean Rush; and several nieces and nephews including a special nephew, Ralph McPherson
Inurnment will take place at Gracelawn Memorial Park, Auburn. Arrangements are in the care of the Lary Funeral Home. Messages of condolence and memories may be expressed at www.laryfuneralhome.com.
