Parkman, Maine - Janet Kulas Sudvoy, 64, passed away comfortably on May 29th, 2021, at Northern Light Eastern Maine Medical Center in Bangor, Maine, after a long illness. Janet was born November 2nd, 1956, in Derby, Connecticut, the daughter of Victor Kulas and Joyce Namura Kulas. She went to Seymour High School in Connecticut. Janet worked for Xerox Corporation for most of her career. Janet was married to Leo Sudvoy December 24th, 2004. She moved to Maine in 2019 to be with her family in Parkman. Janet was very family orientated and took pride in remembering all her siblings and nieces and nephews birthdays. Her eggplant parmesan and lasagnas were legendary in the family.
Janet is survived by her husband, Leo Sudvoy of Parkman, Maine; her siblings, William Kulas of Mt Vernon, Maine, Thomas Kulas of Parkman, Maine, Diane Kulas of Parkman, Maine , and Christine Knapp of Plymouth, Maine; her nieces and nephews, Samantha Ryder, Jacob Ginn, Nathan Kulas, Victor Kulas, Caleb Ball, Nicole Hutchinson, and Jason Kulas; as well as many great nieces and nephews.
Services will be private for family only.
