I was shocked to hear that Joe passed away. I grew up with him in Monson and although I don’t remember too much but he was friendly and hung out with me and my cousin next door at my grandmothers. The last time I saw him was a couple months before I moved this year and we chatted for a bit. I’m really sorry for the loss to his parents, especially his mother.

Joe was a quiet kid with a sweet demeanor. He was never rude or disrespectful - I don't know one person with anything bad to say about him. It was so good to reconnect with him when the guys worked together. Same quiet Joe but now so.proud of his family. Out hearts go out to his loved ones.

My heart aches for Joe's family and his friends. He was a shy and sensitive first grader not so many years ago, who grew to be a loving dad, a hard working man and a kind-hearted individual. My memories are numerous and cherished.
