Shirley Mills - William H. Fligg, 77, passed away peacefully May 10, 2021, at Northern Light CA Dean Hospital in Greenville. He was born August 19, 1943, in Lowell, MA, the son of the late William and Laurette (Deschenes) Fligg. Bill worked all his life for the Lowell Sun newspaper, retiring as a pressman. He was an avid hunter and fisherman, who just loved and enjoyed the peacefulness and nature of Maine. He leaves his loving partner of 46 years, Ruth Tanguay; five brothers and sisters; and many nieces and nephews. He also leaves his longtime friends, Geneva and Norman Beckwith, whom Bill’s family thanks for always being there when he needed them. Per Bill’s request, there will be no services.
