Abbot – William N. Rowe, 69, passed away March 29, 2021, in Abbot. He was born October 9, 1951, in Providence, RI, the son of Francis W. and Betty (Patterson) Rowe. Over the years Bill had worked as an electrician, was a maintenance worker, and had worked in the woods business. An avid outdoorsman, he enjoyed camping, hunting, fishing, and shooting. He was proud of his garden, was an excellent cook, and loved riding his motorcycles. Bill had a passion for cabinet making and jewelry making. He is survived by his children, William Rowe III and significant other, Stacey Solis, Jonathan Rowe, Rosanna Rowe, and Robert Bishandeski and daughter-in-law, Chelsey Gustin; his grandchildren, Shawna, Darren, Jonathan Jr., Savannah, and Haley; his brothers, Walter Rowe and Richard Rowe; his sister, Barbara Beshachio; his step-brothers, Bobby Culp and Kevin Culp. He also leaves the mother of his children, Cheryl Bishandeski. He was predeceased by a son, Joseph Rowe; a sister, Carol Corey; and a special son-in-law, Shane Priest.
