Dexter – Maureen Jones, 88, passed away January 16, 2021 at Dexter Health Care. She was born December 2 1932, in Providence, RI, to Thomas and Irene (Belliveau) Flynn. Maureen loved watching her family grow, even all the extra kids she had around. She tried her luck at the casinos. Most of all her favorite was Bingo, and she could get competitive on that! She always enjoyed morning coffee visits. Maureen has always had a love for animals especially her little dogs! She enjoyed going for car rides whether it was by the ocean in Rhode Island or looking for moose and deer in the woods of Maine She is survived by her children, Joyce Jones, Doris Pelchat, Jim Harrington, Dean Harrington, Sandy Kelley and a step-son, Ronnie Couture. She leaves siblings, Tom, Brian, Dennis, Linda and Donna; 19 grandchildren, 32 great- grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren. She will be missed by her black lab, Lady, and two cats, all of whom she spoiled She was predeceased by her husband, Ronald Jones; a daughter, Debbie Larivee; and a grandson, Cory Larivee. Maureen was loved dearly and will be missed by many. Due to COVID-19 restrictions there are no services at this time. Arrangements are in the care of the Lary Funeral Home.
