Obituary of Catherine M. Bromiley
Chester – Catherine M. Bromiley (nee Tester), 87, passed away peacefully with her husband Charles by her side, January 13, 2021, at her home, to be with her mother and father. She was born October 14, 1933, in Philadelphia, PA, the daughter of Wilbur and Sophie (Rudolph) Tester, along with her brother, Ernest, and sister, Anna.
Catherine was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and great-great-grandmother who had a love for listening to Elvis and reminiscing of her time in San Diego. Catherine is best remembered for her phrases, “I am the nicest person I know” and “never forget I love you.” Her family was always her first priority. Her smile, laughter, and humor will always be missed by all who knew and loved her.
Catherine is survived by her loving husband of 66 years, Charles Bromiley Jr.; four children, Charles Bromiley III and his wife, Mary, of Brownville, Richard Bromiley of Marlton, NJ, Linda Perri of Milo, and Jeanne Bromiley of Pine Hill, NJ; 11 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; and 2 great-great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by a grandson.
