We have so many memories together over the years. I'm so thankful I got to spend all the time with Grampy and Grammy that I did. I have learned so much from him. I loved watching him put things together and fix things. I loved that he enjoyed the little things in life like his watch, his glasses, his jackets, clocks, etc. He kept everything he had so nice. My favorite thing about Grampy are his values. He believed in hard work, family, and his marriage. I love that he called my Grammy "Babe" and always held her hand. He also taught us all to be tough. He would give a firm hand shake or shake his fist to show he was tough even at his age. He never lost his sense of humor. He was a great man that will be missed by many. I will carry on his values and memories that we've made together forever. Love you Grampy <3

I'm saddened to hear that you're no longer with us Bob, but at least you're back with your loving wife Helen... my favorite part of our visits was the way you lit up when I announced that I had brought your wife to visit you... "hey Bob, I brought your wife to visit you today!"

So many memories with my grampie. He was always making us laugh. We used to go for walks out back of his house to the brook. Grampie would pick sap off the trees and tell me to chew on it cause it was like gum. He was right but it was very bitter tasting. We would go to bar harbor every year and my grampie would show me where the biggest blueberries were. Grampie you are and will always be my hero. Love and miss you very much. Love always Dustin

Something I will never forget is even though the day could have been bad Grampie Hussey never for a second let it stop him from enjoying quality time with family. He especially loved seeing the great grand kids running around and playing with their toys. He even joined in with a few of there activities like playing catch or trying to get in for that tickle. Landan, one of the great-grand kids, remembers having to go back to the blueberry patch to pick another pot of berries for great gram pa because he decided to have a snack on the walk back. And every-time gram pa seen him walking into a room he would say "There's my boy!" . Lily, another great-grand child, will always remember gram pa's big hugs, he would squeeze tight and never wanted to let go but that was alright with her, being in gram pas arms was the best thing ever! Grampie you will forever be missed. Love Always Dustin, Sam, Landan, Lily and Layla
