Dad, remember when eating that delicious corn on the cob from your garden?
I was never able to beat you on how many pieces we could each have...!! And what about lobster...?
You were so kind to me since the first day I arrived in your home and family.. and also patient!!. Thank you for opening the doors to me to the Ruksznis family, my beloved American family. Indeed, 1974 was the start of a beatiful and ever lasting relationship.

I’ll never forget being home alone as a small child, the kitchen filling with smoke, frightened... what to do?? I ran across the street to go get Paul of course. He found a roast (or something) in the oven cooking. I always felt safe having Paul and his family right next door. Sorry to hear of your loss. You are all in my thoughts.
