My aunt Karen had the best smile she would light up a room with her smile. She was very outspoken and she was one that would speak her mind a lot. I think about her everyday. I love you so much aunt karen.

My name is Caleb Webb and my grandmother, Karen Lewis Meservey was the most strong and just the best friend I’ve ever had and my mother. How was this? She took me in when I was only 14 years of age and treated me like I was her own son and so I called her mom. I was very close to her because I never wanted to leave her alone because I feared that something horrible would happen to her and I wouldn’t be around. The last thing I said to her was and I quote, “I want to live with you mom because what if something happens to you and I won’t be there.” She always said no and the next thing I know I get a call from aunt Sharon to let me know that she’s gone. I blame myself for this and will never forgive myself for how I treated her. And it breaks my heart just knowing that I had the chance to tell her that I love her and that I’m always here, but the truth was I was never there. I miss her so much and I will always miss her.

Mom and I at the Newboys Concert. It was the best time we've had in recent years. Never forget this awesome night we shared.

My Mother is going to be well missed by many people she's touched over the years. We had so much in common, many times we jammed to music and many times we cried over movies. We even went to a concert called Newsboy. That's the best time we shared in recent years. We've spent many hours just talking about everything and nothing. She's helped me through so much just being herself. Its going to be hard to carry forward but just knowing my Mom is now free and happy that's the hope I need to move forward, I'm going to forever miss my Mother, Friend.
Till we meet again, sweet surrender
I love you forever Mom.
