Obituary of Anton W. Larson

Dexter – Anton W. Larson, 97, husband of the late Virginia (Dulac) Larson, passed away peacefully August 22, 2020, at Hibbard Nursing Home, Dover-Foxcroft. He was born May 25, 1923, in Monson, the son of Frank A. and Edith H. (Brown) Larson. A U.S. Army Veteran, Tony proudly served during WWII with the Army Air Force. He was a graduate of the University of Maine, Class of 1950, and went on to work as an engineer for Pratt & Whitney Aircraft, East Hartford, Connecticut. Tony is survived by his daughter, Gail Fallon and her husband, William, of Gaithersburg, MD; grandson, Neil Fallon and his wife, Angela, of Silver Spring, MD and their son, Nicolas; granddaughter, Mary Alice Yeskey and her husband, David, of Baltimore, MD and their two children, Spencer and Joshua; sisters, Gayanne Wintle and her husband, Galen, of Dexter, and Glenice Sheehan of Texas; as well as many nieces and nephews. A private burial will be held in the Village Cemetery, Sangerville. A memorial service with military honors will be announced.
