Obituary of Jodi M. Flint
Sebec – Jodi M. Flint, 59, wife of the late Joseph S. Flint, passed away August 22, 2020, at her home. She was born August 3, 1961, in Malone, New York, the daughter of Clifton and Bertha (Leonard) French. Jodi was very proud to own and operate Flint Construction with her husband, Joe. She worked as a cook for many years at the local school and more recently, at the Bears Den. Jodi most enjoyed cooking and being with friends, four-wheeling, camping, and fishing. She was a member of the Elks Lodge.
Jodi is survived by her son, Joseph “JJ” Flint and his companion, Jessica; her father, Clifton and his companion, Becky; her companion, Calvin Dustin; two brothers, Charles and Ricky; and her sister, Trudy. In addition to her husband, Joe, Jodi was predeceased by her mother, Bertha, and her sister, Kay. She will be greatly missed by all of her friends and especially her Bears Den friends.
The family wishes to thank Jodi’s great friend, Angie, for her compassionate care for Jodi.
A graveside funeral service will be held 1PM Thursday, August 27, 2020, at the family lot in the Sebec Corner Cemetery, with Pastor Isaiah Hill officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made for cancer research to the American Cancer Society, P.O. Box 22478, Oklahoma City, OK 73123. Arrangements are in the care Lary Funeral Home.
