Scottsdale, Arizona - Gloria Dawn Sanders, 90, passed away on August 3, 2020 in her home in Scottsdale, Arizona after a long illness. She was born in Greenville, the daughter of Maude Eliza (McCloud) and Walter Smith. Gloria then moved to Arizona in 1963.
Gloria is survived by her 3 children, John Sanders of Wisconsin, Cynthia Gonzales of Scottsdale, Arizona, and Lisa O'Rourke of Scottsdale, Arizona; 5 grandchildren; and 5 great-grandchildren.
Gloria's family would like to recognize Hospice for their superb professionalism and loving care and service to their mother.
A graveside memorial service will be held 11am Thursday, September 17, 2020, at the family lot in the Greenville Cemetery. In lieu of flowers please make donations to The Arizona Humane Society, Attn: Development Department 1521 W. Dobbins Road, Phoenix, AZ 85041. Arrangements are in the care of the Lary Funeral Home.
