Guilford – Marjorie L. Frautten, 89, passed away peacefully July 22, 2020, at Hibbard Nursing Home, Dover-Foxcroft, with her sister Carolyn by her side. She was born November 17, 1930, in Dover-Foxcroft, the youngest of three girls to Guy and Mary (Noyes) Ladd. Marjorie was a devoted member of the Guilford United Methodist Church, and the Conner-Trafton American Legion Post 119 American Legion Auxiliary. She loved cribbage and bowling, and walking with her friend, Teresa Rioux.
Marjorie is survived by her sisters, Barbara L. Reardon and Carolyn L. Campbell; several cousins; four nephews; and three nieces. She was predeceased by her daughter, Jane.
The family wishes to thank Hibbard Nursing Home and Beacon Hospice for their compassionate care for Marjorie.
A graveside service will be held 11AM Monday, August 3, 2020, at the Elmwood Cemetery, Guilford, with Rev. Stephen Dean officiating. Arrangements are in the care of the Lary Funeral Home. Messages of condolence and memories may be expressed at www.laryfuneralhome.com.
