Ann was born January 13, 1935, in Garland, the daughter of Harold and Lucy (Stevens) Hall. She was predeceased by her husband of 52 years, Clinton Caleb Weston, in 2007. Ann attended Foxcroft Academy and graduated in 1953. She then finished one year at the Farmington State Teachers College. After finishing school she married the love of her life Clinton and lived happily in Dover-Foxcroft. Ann was a wonderful homemaker where she loved to sell Avon, and she loved her flowers and gardening. She was well known for her peanut butter cookies, banana bread, and her world class chocolate cake. Ann was also an avid walker. She along with her husband Clint were members of the United Methodist Church and for 17 years she and Clint were directors of the Ecumenical Food Cupboard. They also took part in the ending hunger campaign. Ann also was involved in the church choir along with the YesterYear Singers at the Methodist Church. She was also a member of the United Methodist Women where she was involved in many bake and craft sales. Everyone knew Ann for her card giving, she had cards for every occasion and sent them to everyone, family, friends, etc. She would also put a special note in all the cards that she sent out thus making each card special with her touch. Ann loved to take pictures. She still had the old 35 mm camera and film for her picture taking. The family tried hard in getting her to upgrade to the digital cameras, but she only wanted her old camera. She always made sure to develop doubles of her pictures so everyone could benefit from them.
