Dover-Foxcroft – Dorothy B. Cole, 97, wife of the late Maurice Cole, passed away June 23, 2020, at Northern Light Mayo Hospital, Dover-Foxcroft. She was born June 26, 1922, in Atkinson, the daughter of Clifford and Laura (Farmer) Doore. Dorothy had worked as a Nurse’s Aide for many years.
She was predeceased by five brothers, Harold, Lorenzo, Charles, Harland, and Maurice; and two sisters, Gladys Downs and Leone Palmer. She leaves many nieces and nephews.
A graveside funeral service will be conducted 1:00pm Friday, June 26, 2020, at the family lot in the Sweet Cemetery, Atkinson, with Pastor Phil McGlauflin officiating. Arrangements are in the care of the Lary Funeral Home. Condolences and memories may be expressed at www.laryfuneralhome.com.
