Brownville- Frank H. Sprandel, 97, passed away June 8, 2016, at his home. He was born March 5, 1919, in Easton, CT, the son of Christian and Mary (Fisher) Sprandel. He is survived by his daughter, Terry Sprandel-Taylor of Brownville. He was predeceased by his loving wife, Eleanor (Bratz) Sprandel, and his daughter, Gail Vincelette. Arrangements are in the care of the Lary Funeral Home.
