Guilford - Grace Abramson Cartwright passed away on Saturday, March 7, 2020, after a long illness. She was a daughter, granddaughter, sister, friend, artist and soul mate. Grace and Randall (LeBlanc) found each other 3 years ago in Chicago. Grace leaves her parents, John W. and Stephanie Cartwright; sister, Elizabeth; brothers, Will and Andrew; and her significant other, Randall. There will be no service at this time.
