Obituary of Lorraine L. Willey

Guilford – Lorraine “Chick” L. Willey, 92, wife of the late John F. Willey Jr., passed away peacefully December 17, 2019, at her home. She was born September 16, 1927, in Bingham, the daughter of Clinton “Cy” and Louise (Andrews) Woodard. Chick worked at Hardwood Products for over 50 years. She enjoyed knitting, singing, going for walks, and spending time up to camp at Kingsbury Pond.

Chick is survived by three sons, Jeff and his wife, Kathy, of Sangerville, Tom and his wife, Mary, of Guilford, and Chuck and his wife, Mary, of Dexter; two daughters, Joanne Leonard and her husband, Sheldon, of Barefoot Bay, FL and Guilford, and Sandy Willey and her significant other, Clint Richards, of Guilford; brother, Kenton Conroy; two sisters, Marilyn Leighton and Paula Philbrick; six grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. In addition to her husband, she was predeceased by a grandson, J.J. Willey; four brothers, Roger, Merle “Bud”, Dale, and Carlton Woodard; and sister, Loretta McEwen.
