Chuck was a fun-loving and caring friend that I met in Fort Kent where he worked as the anesthetist at NMMC for many years. Chuck earned his Bachelors degree at UMFK and was an inspiration to many non-traditional students during the mid 1980s. He was big brother to me and many classmates. I shot my first partridge and went four wheeling (in his bronco) for the first time with Chuck guiding the way! He was also part of the delivery team when our son was born. I will never forget his kind smile and generosity. Friends like Chuck are few and far between in life, he was truly one of a kind!
