Obituary of Margaret Ann Sherwood

Orneville -  Margaret Ann Sherwood, 65, passed away suddenly October 4, 2019, in Milo. She was born October 22, 1953, in Sherman Mills, the daughter of Harold Rodney Sr. and Frances (Golding) Peters. Margaret enjoyed long rides and cooking and could be found the happiest when surrounded by family and friends.

She is survived by her loving husband of almost 37 years, Woodie Sherwood, Jr.; daughter, Wendy Erving; son, Woodie Sherwood III and his wife, Jenipher; six grandchildren, Nathan Peters and his wife, Delthea, Ashley Russell and her husband, Tyler, Cassandra Erving and her boyfriend, AJ, Destiny Sherwood, Micheal Sherwood, and Matthew Sherwood; brother, Harold “Sonny” Peters Jr; and uncle, Frederick Golding. Margaret was predeceased by her parents, and sister, Alta Peters.

A graveside memorial service will be held 11am Saturday, October 12, 2019, at the Maxfield Cemetery, with Pastor Phil McGlauflin officiating. Arrangements are in the care of the Lary Funeral Home. Messages of condolence and memories can be expressed at www.laryfuneralhome.com.
