Dover-Foxcroft – Samuel “Sam” F. Nutter, 63, passed away March 19, 2019, at Northern Light Eastern Maine Medical Center, Bangor. He was born April 19, 1955, in Dover-Foxcroft, the son of Herman and Dorothy (Allen) Nutter. Sam worked for the Town of Dover-Foxcroft for many years taking care of the cemeteries and most recently at the transfer station. He was a Foxcroft Academy graduate, Class of 1973.
Sam will be missed by many friends, including all who work for the Town of Dover-Foxcroft.
Burial will be in the family lot in Rural Grove Cemetery, Dover-Foxcroft. Arrangements are in the care of the Lary Funeral Home. Messages of condolence and memories may be expressed at www.laryfuneralhome.com.
