Dover-Foxcroft – Gilda P. Miller, 89, wife of the late William H. Miller, passed away May 10, 2016, at Mayo Regional Hospital, Dover-Foxcroft. She was born April 8, 1927, in Danbury, CT, the daughter of Frank and Minnie (Negri) Patella. Mrs. Miller was a registered nurse.
She is survived by a son, Gary J. Miller of Washington, CT, a brother, Lawrence Patella; two sisters, Gloria Pappajohn and Marie Colafati; three grandchildren, Melissa, Joel, and Josh, and eight great-grandchildren, Domanick, Tristan, Ayla, Sofia, Natalie, Rosalie, Cameron, and Colton. She was predeceased by a son, William Miller, seven brothers, and three sisters.
Friends are invited to call 1-3pm Thursday, May 12, 2016, at the Lary Funeral Home, Dover-Foxcroft. A graveside funeral service will be conducted 2pm Friday, May 13, 2016, at the family lot in West Garland Cemetery. Condolences may be expressed at www.laryfuneralhome.com.
