Obituary of Ann L. Cover

Greenville, Maine - Ann L. Cover, 85, passed away October 27, 2018, at C.A. Dean Memorial Hospital in Greenville, Maine. She was born February 24, 1933, in Stamford, Connecticut, the daughter of David and Alice (Cornish) Linsley.

Ann was a loving wife, mother and grandmother who loved knitting, cooking, gardening, bowling, singing in the church choir, traveling, and taking care of her late husband, Norman. She was an EMT, a member of the Ready Workers and Red Hatters and was part of the Antique Car Club.

Ann is survived by her three sons, Norman Jr. (Barb), Kenneth, and David (Sue); a sister, Audrey Barrington; four grandchildren, Victoria, Benjamin (Heather), Haley and Hannah; and one great-grandchild, Tiffany Horton. She was predeceased by her beloved husband, Norman; and her parents.

Friends and family are invited to celebrate Ann’s life at 1PM, Wednesday October 31, 2018 at the Union Church in Greenville, ME with Pastor Genise Stern officiating. A second celebration of life will be held at 1PM, Saturday November 10, 2018, at Roxbury Congregational Church, Roxbury, CT. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Union Church Window Fund, P.O. Box 368, Greenville, 04441. Arrangements are in the care of the Lary Funeral Home.
