Eric Bubar

Obituary of Eric J. Bubar

Please share a memory of Eric to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.

Orneville - Eric J. Bubar, 31, passed away unexpectedly July 22, 2018, in Orneville, as the result of an automobile accident. He was born December 27, 1986, in Bangor, the son of Wendell "Jeff" and Donna (Bailey) Bubar.

Eric is survived by his loving wife, Danielle (Brown) Bubar; two sons, Wendell Richard and Wren Roman; two daughters, Whitneigh Rose and Willow Rebecca; his mother, Donna; two sisters, Wendy Drake and her husband, Cote, and Dawn Bubar and her significant other, Randy Adams. He leaves his "in-laws" who were more like immediate family; Richard and Melissa Gallagher; Jeremiah and Suzanne Brown; Courtney and Joe Wright; Michael and his significant other Krystle; and nieces and nephews, Isacc, Aidain, Devyn, Samantha, Kolby, Brennah, Ophelia, Damion, Michael, Blake, Mark and Jolene; and his best friend, Michael Whitney. He was predeceased by his father, Wendell, and his infant son, Waylen Roman.

In addition to his family, he is survived by many friends. He had a close knit few growing up as kids whom he considered to be more like brothers and sisters then friends: Jon Hamlin, Brandon Hanson, Robert Bubar, Kevin Nason, Ashlei McMahon (who was just like one of the guys),JR, Tracy, Kassidy, and Dakota Dugan, and "those Corson girls" Tiffany, Jessica and Chelsea These people truly meant the world to Eric and he was not afraid to show it. He would go out of his way to do anything these people needed, even if they didn't say so. Growing up was like a rollercoaster, you never knew if it was going to be a mellow night or not!

Eric had many jobs growing up from blueberry and strawberry picking to his final and most favored, assisted living. He had a strong passion for caring for others and he showed it. He didn't treat the people he cared for as clients or residents, they were simply people who needed him; they were friends, uncles, aunts, and grandparents. He grew to truly love the people he cared for and always went out of his way to make them feel his love.

Eric was an amazing husband and father. His family loved him more than he ever knew and will continue to love him until they see him again. His love will not go unnoticed and will forever live on within his beautiful children.

Family and friends are invited to celebrate Eric’s life 12-4pm Saturday, August 4, 2018, at the Milo Town Hall. Arrangements are in the care of the Lary Funeral Home. Messages of condolence and memories may be expressed at www.laryfuneralhome.com.
