Blanchard – Frank Webster Elliott, 85, passed away April 29, 2016, at his home. He was born September 4, 1930, in Guilford, the son of Fred and Lisle (Fitzsimmons) Elliott. Frank enjoyed trapping and wood cutting. He had been employed as a truck driver for the State of Maine. He is survived by a nephew, Arnold Grant; a daughter, Annalee Libby; and a sister, Elaine Grant. Burial will be in the family lot in Blanchard Cemetery.
