I am so very sorry for your loss. Please find comfort in God's sure promise of a resurrection as set forth in the Bible. (Acts 24:15; John 5:28,29) Those who are raised to life will have the prospect of never again being subject to misery, sickness, or death. So sad about John..condolences to all the family members. We shared meals at school often and he would fill me in on any news of my cousins who he knew as friends. I will miss greeting him in the hallways.

We are so privileged to have been a part of John's life for the past 18 years. He has brought great stories, great wine and his keen intelligence to our lives. We have so many stories, and will remember his political wit, his enduring love for Michele, his compassion for his students and co workers and intense interest and devotion to his home in Dover. He has left us all way too soon. We will miss him.
