Obituary of Byron S. Kelley, Sr.

Monson - Byron Sidney Kelley, Sr., 81, passed away December 1, 2017, at a Bangor hospital. He was born March 19, 1936, in Monson, the son of Edward E. and Bessie H. (Lloyd) Kelley.

Byron had worked at Moosehead Manufacturing for 44 years. He loved old cars, his tractor, fishing and baseball.

Byron is survived by his loving wife of 62 years, Deanna (Sawyer) Kelley of Monson; his son, Byron Kelley, Jr. and wife, Tammy, of Monson; his daughter, Susan Deloia and husband, Matthew, of Monson; and two grandsons, Matthew Ruby of Australia, Zachary Kelley and partner, Lorinda Martin, of Blanchard; and a great-grandchild, Axel Kelley.  He was predeceased by his brothers, Elmer, Lloyd, Michael, Charles, and Glen; and his sisters, Martha, Joyce, and Mildred.

Friends are invited to call from 12 noon until time of funeral service at 1pm, Tuesday, December 5, 2017, at the Lary Funeral Home, Dover-Foxcroft, with Pastor David Ray officiating.
