To Margaret's family I wish to express my sincere sympathy in her passing. Margaret started her volunteer career here at Mayo Hospital in January 2007 and even though she was not physically able to be here the last couple of years I still kept her on my volunteer list to ensure she would be invited to any recognition we honor our volunteers with. She was such a dear person and had an amusing sense of humor. She was always coming out with one liner whenever we saw one another. Another example of Margaret giving of her time was through the numerous crocheted Afghans she gave to the Auxiliary Gift Shop to be sold. She also donated lovely counted cross-stitch pieces of work which were framed and raffled off for fund raising efforts.
I truly will miss stopping in once and while and dropping her off an occasion treat and having a quick visit.
Rest in peace my dear friend, you are missed.
