Monson – Anna M. Erickson, 86, passed away peacefully October 3, 2024. She was born September 28, 1938, in Williamsburg, the daughter of William and Fern (Hersey) Larson. She loved her family, it was always most important to her. She loved her annual trips with her sisters to Harfords Point. She loved to cook for her family, and host large family gatherings. All the holidays, but especially the November start of hunting, for a 9 a.m. breakfast spread fit for a king. She was a member of the Moosehead Squares, and enjoyed going out dancing, having dinner with the large group, and even demonstrating at the local school where her grandchildren attended. Anna was predeceased by her loving husband of 62 years, Henry Lloyd Erickson, and her parents. She is survived by four sons, Lloyd Erickson and his wife, Melody, Jimmy Erickson, Tim Erickson and his wife, Julie, and Bruce Erickson and his companion, Debbie; two daughters, Tammy Kelley and her husband, Byron, and Penny Benway and her husband, Blu; nine grandchildren, Dustin Erickson and his wife, Kristen, Kylie Erickson, Bre Beaulieu and her husband, Derek, Kristen Belanger and her husband, Phil, Nick Erickson, Zac Kelley and his wife, Lorinda Martin, Graham Benway and his companion, Ashley Simko, Amber Burley and her husband, Justin Burley, and Wayne McAfee; eleven great-grandchildren, Dayden, Devin, Liam, Charles, Owen, Madyson, Collin, Kinsey, Maverick, Griffin and Axel; and her two sisters, Donna Champagne, and Sandra Watson A celebration of Anna’s life will be held 12 Noon Sunday, October 27th, at the Tenney House in Monson.
