We came to know Dale and his family through the Boy Scouts of America. Our sons were in the same troop and that is how this friendship began. I can't tell you how many hours we spent doing bottle drives so the scouts could participate in adventures. We knew each other's kids as well as we knew our own. Dale was Michael's sponsor for his Eagle project - don't think Michael would have made it otherwise. Then when Rick was ready we did all we could for him to make it too. Dale and his family will always have a special place in our hearts. RIP good friend. Love Terri, Mike, & Diane
