Riding Mini Bikes with Kenny and Russ Perry back in the 70’s. Kenny was an awesome hardworking guy who loved his Country and made his own way. A giver not a taker and a wonderful example for all Americans!
I pray for his family as they move forward with their lives without this wonderful man. May God bless you family and may he keep you close to Himself.

We grew up in the same Smithtown neighborhood, just around the corner from each other. We were The Clarks, I'm Debbie. We reconnected via Facebook about 4 years ago and talked with love about our mutual neighborhood friends, the Kalisak Family, specifically Tony and Joey. It was a great conversation as are those we still have the chance to share with childhood friends or neighbors. ♥️

I knew Kenny for only a few months during our high school years. He was the only sophomore in a group of seniors performing our Time Warp skit in the school’s variety show in ‘79. He was talented, creative and always full of fun. We reconnected on Facebook thirty years later and I could see that he never lost those qualities. I was so impressed with all he had done in his short life. May he rest in peace and love.

I went to middle school and high school with Kenny, and he was a sweetheart of all the little middle school girls at the MS school dances! I loved his FB posts as we both shared the same way of thinking. I loved how he always posted about him and his wife and the beautiful love story they shared. May he be entertaining God in Heaven and all of our loved ones who went before us.

I have known Kenny since the mid 80's. My family and I enjoyed camping with him, especially the sing a-longs at the campfire each night. There are so many memories, I wouldn't be able to list them all. Kenny was one of the most caring and kind people you could ever meet. His wife Holly and his children meant the world to him. Kenny will be greatly missed by all who had the great fortune to have met him.

This memory is not about how funny, charming, and talented Kenny was (although he undisputably was). It is about the kind of person he was. When we were teenagers, one of our friends was killed in a tragic car accident. Our community was gutted. A small group of us girls planned on attending the viewing and services together, which, as you can imagine, was going to be devastating. Kenny personally put himself in charge of us. He drove us and stayed by our sides, making sure we were all OK, and comforting us when we weren't. At the viewing he walked me up to say a final goodbye and prayer, because I didn't think I could do it. He probably didn't realize how much these thoughtful gestures mattered, because it was just part of his big, beautiful heart to be awesome.

Kenny, when he was just a boy in Smithtown was always a happy boy. He lived diagonally from my house, always rode his bike and knew my rules for my son, who was younger than he, that he couldn't ride in the street. One day, my son did go into the street with his bike and Kenny reminded him that he wasn't allowed. I know this because I always looked out the window to see if my son obeyed me. Kenny always made sure that he did. I can't tell you how upset I was in hearing this news. He was just a marvelous young boy as I'm sure he was throughout his life. Rest In Peace and my sincere condolences to his wife and family.
