Peggy, Laurie, Julie, and all of the Trafton family,
Your mom, grand mom, great-grand mom was rightly defined as special, extraordinary, a firecracker and many more characteristics in the tributes, but moreover, she was a true friend and a wonderful lady, who gave of herself with enthusiasm and caring in whatever she endeavored. She certainly was blessed as she always said, as her caring character surely carried over to everyone of her family. Every time we saw her, she would stop and give big hugs, a beautiful smile, and ask how Jerry ("Hippy" as she called him) was doing. We hold so many good memories and we are so sorry for your loss. Rest in peace, Barb. You are sincerely missed.
With Heartfelt and Caring Thoughts
Jerry and Carol Thomas

Laurie, Peg, Julie and family, I’m so sorry for your loss. Your mom was a firecracker, one of a kind… She always welcomed me when I came to your house to visit as a teen. When ever I came home to Maine she would give me a big hug and that beautiful SMILE! She was truly a family matriarch and raised the most amazing girls. What a legacy! God bless Barbara…rest in peace…

Our deepest sympathies go to Barbara’s family. It’s so very hard to lose a mom and a grandmom. Jim and I have enjoyed many adventures with Barbara and Mickey over the years. May she rest in peace, and be at last in the arms of Mickey.
