Dover-Foxcroft - It is with great sadness that we announce the recent passing of Keith W. Church who passed away on January 4th, 2024, at his home in Dover Foxcroft at 91 years of age. Born on September 7th, 1932 in Guilford, Maine, he was the son of the late Edward Church and Isabell (Burgess) Church. Keith was married to Helen (King) Church for almost 30 years before her passing in 1990. Keith worked for many years at Dexter Shoe Company before retiring in 1999. An avid outdoorsman, Keith enjoyed hunting and fishing and lived life to the fullest, always enjoying outside activities. He is survived by his two sons, Edward, his wife, Nahtalie, and Kevin and his wife, Louisa, along with several grandchildren. His only daughter, Rose (Church) Moffett, predeceased him in 2019. His last remaining years were spent well with the people who took great care and treated him not as a patient, but as a father, family, and friend. The family would like to take this opportunity to thank all the people who went beyond and above to ensure that Keith's last remaining days were filled with love and affection away from his family. Thank You to Anthony for being with Keith, holding his hand until his last breath, which was very reassuring. To Pam, his palliative nurse, who came on her days off to ensure that he was comfortable and that all his needs were being met along with Erika who took exceptionally good care of Keith and made him look like the handsome man that he was with her personal care after each and every visit. No words can express how lucky Keith was to have you all in his life. A celebration of life will be held in early May 2024 followed by a small reception.
