LaGrange – Albert E. Stone, Sr., 74, passed away July 2, 2023, at his home. He was born January 16, 1949, in Orneville, the son of Walter and Ramona (Pearl) Stone. He had worked at the Russell Cedar Mill for many years. Albert is survived by wife, Barbara (Tunks) Stone; two sons, Albert Stone, Jr. of LaGrange, and Walter Stone of Bangor; a step-son, Derek Fleming of Brewer; a brother, Robert Stone of Sangerville; a sister, Waltena Emery of Brownville; three grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
