Parkman – Josephine H.E. Tarr, 93, passed away June 29, 2023, at Hibbard Nursing Home, Dover-Foxcroft. She was born November 22, 1929, in Dover-Foxcroft, the daughter of Walter and Shirley (Wyman) Tozier. Josephine worked for Pride’s Manufacturing for 33 years. She was predeceased by her husband of 46 years, George L. Tarr in 1991. She is survived by her companion Robert R. Boisvert and many extended family members. There will not be any public services.
