Dover-Foxcroft - Joyce V. Ripley, 87, passed away peacefully April 24, 2023, in the comfort of her sister’s home. She was born April 17, 1936, in Brooks, the daughter of Archie and Mildred (Lanphier) Bragg. Joyce enjoyed spending time going out to eat with her many friends and husband.

Joyce is survived by her husband, Robert; sister, Victoria Grant; brother, David Bragg; step-daughters, Christine Davis and Joy Foss; and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, Edward Phillips.
