Brownville – Howard M. Schaffer, 74, passed away April 3, 2023, at Hibbard Nursing Home, Dover-Foxcroft. He was born June 7, 1948, in Boston, MA, the son of Julius and Shirley (Nemtzow) Schaffer. Howard had worked as a pipefitter for many years.
He is survived by his wife, Susan A. (Silvia) Schaffer.
