Charleston – Regina L. Boulier, 68, passed away suddenly January 23, 2023, at her home. She was born August 29, 1954, in Frankfurt, Germany, the daughter of Louise (Williams) and Richard Myers Sr. Regina enjoyed horseback riding and gardening. She worked for many years in Dover-Foxcroft at Weatherbee’s Hardware and then Dover True Value.
Regina is survived by her husband of 44 years, Donald Boulier; son, Eric Boulier and his wife, Ali; daughter, Danielle Boulier; grandchildren, Kamdyn and Harloe Boulier, and Annabelle Smith and Aiden Boulier; and brother, Richard Myers.
