BROWNVILLE - Robert Lewis Bryant, 91, passed away on January 25, 2022, in Englewood, Florida. He was born on May 21, 1930, to Pauline (Martin) and Cecil Bryant. Upon his graduation from Brownville Junction High School, he enlisted in the U.S. Army where he served for three years. Upon his honorable discharge, he married Dodie (Russell) Bryant on August 20, 1954. Bob was a past Worthy Patron of the Masonic Order, and a member of the American Legion Post, the Ebeemee Snowmobile Club, and the BJHS Alumni Association. He retired as railroad conductor for Via Rail in the summer of 1993. Bob and Dodie loved camping at various campgrounds in Maine, but their homes were in Brownville and Ebeemee Lake until Dodie's passing on June 27, 2011. Bob is survived by his daughters, Debbie and Tom Kotredes, and Deanna and Ken Greenlaw; 8 grandchildren, Jessica and Mark Yusikones, Levon Russell, Lewis and Lisa Kotredes, Robert and Sagarika Kotredes, Matthew and Melissa Bryant, Nicholas Bryant, Logan Greenlaw, and Emily and Matt Rowe; 7 great-grandchildren, Nolan and Kyle Yusikones, Timir and Tarali Kotredes, Thomas and Erin Kotredes, and Mira Bryant; step-granddaughter and her family, Jennifer and Jeff Hathorn, Chelsea and Colby White, Jada Cail, and Kenny Cail; siblings, Betty McQuarrie, Diane Lee, and Michael Bryant. He was predeceased by his wife, Dodie; his son, Gary Bryant; and his brother, Gerald Bryant. Services will be announced in the spring.
