DOVER-FOXCROFT - Rita Ann Simon, 58, left this earth on January 19th, 2022. She passed unexpectedly at the Northern Light Eastern Maine Medical Center in Bangor, Maine. Rita was born November 1st, 1963, in Paterson, New Jersey, to Frederick and Carol (Worster) Moules. Her personal interests included time with family, gardening, playing various games, and loving nature. She devoted much of her time and energy to being a caregiver to her many family members. Her laugh and smile brightened up every room she entered. Every person's life she touched was forever changed by her generous soul. Rita was predeceased by her father, her mother, and her brother, Louis F. Moules. Rita leaves behind her daughter, Jennifer Stevens, and her boyfriend Josh Talbot of Dover-Foxcroft, Maine; her daughter, Samantha Anderson and her husband, Marcus, of Cheyenne, Wyoming; her son, Ethan Simon and his wife, Trisha, of Lincoln, Maine; and her daughter, Miranda Bruyette and her husband, Brian, of Skowhegan, Maine, Rita’s grandchildren, Rj, Cassandra, Ryan, Rhyley, Zander, Kiara, Caleb, and Aiden all feel the loss of their grandmother on this day as well. Rita is also survived by her sister, Dawn Merrill and her husband Christopher, of Guilford, Maine; her sister, Freda Lancaster of Orono, Maine; her sister, Hope Greising and her boyfriend, Shaun Glidden, of Winn, Maine; and many nieces and nephews will also miss their aunt, Rita. Rita spent her years here on earth in the company of her family and friends. She will be lovingly remembered and missed by everyone.
